The pool area consists of a covered lanai area with patio table that seats 6 comfortably, and has 4 reclining loungers which will suit the most ardent of sun worshippers. There are also a variety of inflatables which can be used in or around the pool, and should keep most youngsters amused for hours.

Location

The villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The community boasts its own features for the home owners and holiday goers, such as a Clubhouse, Fishing Pier, Picnic Area and Boating Ramp for a range of water sports.

Ideally situated, it's only a 2 minute drive to a Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, Burger King along with other shops and eateries. 10 minutes down US Highway 27 is the multimillion dollar Posner Park, which boasts a number of restaurants and stores including Davenports Ale House Sports Bar, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Best Buy, Cinepolis Movie Theater IMAX and Starbucks. We can't possibly leave out the golfer in the family, located adjacent to the community is the well respected Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course, also 15 minutes in the opposite direction is Champions Gate which has 2 Golf Courses and home to the David Leadbetter Golf School as well as many other courses within a 30 minute drive.

Directions from Orlando International Airport: Take the 528 Beeline Express Way towards Sea World / Orlando, Then join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa … Pass all the Disney exits. Take Exit 55 (Hwy 27), go South on Hwy 27 for about 6 mile towards Haines City . Turn Left onto Bates Rd (Lowes on corner). Go about 200 yards and take the 2nd right into Calabay Park at Tower Lake then immediately left, follow road for 50 yards and the house is on the right.

Directions from Sanford Airport: Take exit onto Lake Mary Blvd, drive 8.2 miles to the I-4 interchange, join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa ... Pass all the Disney exits. If you are interested in booking Florida Palms, please contact us first to make sure the dates you require are available. You could check the calendar, however we recommend getting in touch just to be certain. So please do not hesitate to use any of the details in the 'Contact Us' tab and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible. Once you've been in touch, we will hold any provisional dates for up to 10 days pending the receipt of your booking form and deposit. A £250 / $350 deposit is all that is required to secure your reservation. This can be paid by Cash, by Cheque, or by Bank Transfer. Finally, your booking will be fully secured once we receive the deposit and a completed booking form. The full balance of the booking will be due 8 weeks before you travel. We do take bookings on any day of the week, it doesn't need to be a Saturday or Sunday.
