Magic at Marbella

Magic @ Marbella is a luxury 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home situated on the gated community of Marbella South, Davenport. Marbella is a split community, North & South, either side of the access road. The North side has a newly built children's play area, clubhouse and tennis courts which is available to both communities. Marbella South consists of 236 homes in eight different styles.

The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms, it has a maximum occupancy of 10 (+infants) and boasts a private pool area with spa and waterfall. Also a patio table that seats 6 comfortably, complete with parasol, and has 4 reclining seats, along with 2 foot stools and 2 side tables. It has modern and luxurious decor in all rooms and is fully carpeted in the living areas and bedroom for maximum comfort. Outside there are individual seats and tables for relaxing around the pool, and with a fully furnished games room this home has everything you need for a truly wonderful vacation.

Location

Ideally situated, it's only a 5 minute drive to a Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, Burger King along with other shops and eateries. 8 minutes down US Highway 27 is the multimillion dollar Posner Park, which boasts a number of restaurants and stores including Davenports Ale House Sports Bar, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Best Buy, Cinepolis Movie Theater IMAX and Starbucks. We can't possibly leave out the golfer in the family, located adjacent to the community is the well respected Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course, also 15 minutes in the opposite direction is Champions Gate which has 2 Golf Courses and home to the David Leadbetter Golf School as well as many other courses within a 30 minute drive.

Directions from Orlando International Airport: Take the 528 Beeline Express Way towards Sea World / Orlando, Then join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa … Pass all the Disney exits. Take Exit 55 (Hwy 27), go South on Hwy 27 for about 6 mile towards Haines City . Turn left at North Boulevard W and continue for just over 1 mile and Marbella South entrance gates will appear on your right.

Directions from Sanford Airport: Take exit onto Lake Mary Blvd, drive 8.2 miles to the I-4 interchange, join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa ... Pass all the Disney exits. If you are interested in booking Magic at Marbella, please contact us first to make sure the dates you require are available. You could check the calendar, however we recommend getting in touch just to be certain. So please do not hesitate to use any of the details in the 'Contact Us' tab and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible. Once you've been in touch, we will hold any provisional dates for up to 10 days pending the receipt of your booking form and deposit. A £250 / $350 deposit is all that is required to secure your reservation. This can be paid by Cash, by Cheque, or by Bank Transfer. Finally, your booking will be fully secured once we receive the deposit and a completed booking form. The full balance of the booking will be due 8 weeks before you travel. We do take bookings on any day of the week, it doesn't need to be a Saturday or Sunday. So, if you are interested in securing a booking with us please fill out a booking form using the 'Book Now' button below.
